Top essential oils to add to smoothies:

Blueberry Mango Smoothie
1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk, or soy milk
1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1 fresh or frozen banana, peeled, sliced
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal, optional
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Bliss Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/4-1/2 avocado
1/4 cup nut butter (almond, unsweetened peanut, or cashew)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 TBS cacao powder



Green Power Mojito Smoothie
2 cups fresh spinach
7 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 banana
1 orange peeled and segmented
1 lemon juiced (or 2 drops Young Living Lemon Essential oil for powerful D-limonene)
1 lime juiced (or 2 drops Young Living Lime Essential oil for powerful D-limonene)
10 fresh Mint leaves (or 2 drops Young Living Peppermint Essential oil for powerful digestive support)
Add filtered water as needed
